Privacy policy of 360 ROADBOOKS

Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below you will find a detailed description of how we handle your information. When placing an order on our online store, you accept this privacy policy. Our website may be used without entering personal information.

In order to enter into a purchase agreement with us, i.e. buy products from our online store, we need to register the following information:

Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

We register this information in order to deliver the goods to you.

We also use your e-mail address to register you for our newsletter, in accordance with Danish law (Markedsføringslovens § 10, stk. 2 on e-mail marketing of ‘related products’ to customers who have provided an e-mail address in connection with a purchase; https://danskelove.dk/markedsf%C3%B8ringsloven/10). Unless you have indicated otherwise, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers on related products in our range via e-mail. You may object to such use of your e-mail address at any time by sending a message using the contact information provided below. You can also opt out of newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.

We also collect personal information when you voluntarily provide such information in the course of contacting us with an inquiry (e.g. via contact form, e-mail, or telephone). The information you provide is used to process your inquiries.

We store the above information for as long as required to support you with your inquiries and keep you informed about related products (as long as you stay subscribed to our newsletter), unless we are legally required to delete personal information before that. You are able to contact us at any time to request deletion of your personal information, or to ask for insight into which information we have stored about you.

Our data responsible person is Frank Berben-Grøsfjeld, owner and managing director of Forlaget 360 ApS.

Please be aware that data transfer via the internet is subject to security risks and, therefore, complete protection against third-party access to transferred data cannot be ensured. Your personal information is not encrypted. It is transmitted to third parties on a need-to-know basis, including to process your order, to deliver the goods, and for administrative and accounting purposes.

Please be informed that we may use different external warehouses, e-fulfillment partners, and couriers/transport companies to package, send, and deliver the goods. We provide them with relevant information, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, purchased products, order number, and shipment preferences, so they can handle your order. In certain cases, you may be contacted by these companies with the purpose of facilitating the delivery of the goods which you ordered.

Depending on which payment method you chose during the ordering process, our online shop will share the necessary payment information with the payment service provider commissioned by us and/or the selected payment service. Sometimes the chosen payment service providers collect this information themselves if you open an account with them. In this case, you must sign in with your payment service provider using your access data during the ordering process. Here, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies. We do not store your payment information. The payment information is also not visible to us. This information is handled securely by our payment service providers, Mollie.com for WooCommerce, and Reepay for WooCommerce. We refer to their respective privacy policies.
